Lockwood Mission

To work within the Lockwood network of (i) institutional, (ii) high net worth, and (iii) other real estate companies to pursue value-add real estate opportunities (in most real estate asset classes - almost exclusively “off-market”). To take advantage of the years of experience with the Lockwood principals, in areas of (iv) financial structuring and restructuring; debt and equity placement (v) analyzing, negotiating and the forming of partnership structures, and (vi) providing value and profit to the real estate base which remains the underlying focus of the Lockwood value-add programs.
